I don't believe it...

deep breaths... count to ten.
Sometime ago I started to record the fit of my new kitchen, and then stopped as things were not going to plan, won't go into all that. Several weeks later I bought a set of "induction ready" saucepans for my new induction hob. But, not all the pans worked on all the rings. Either the pans were faulty or the hob was, so I took the pans to the kitchen showroom to test them out. The pans were faulty. I rang the pan company and straight away they confessed that the pans were not compatible with all hobs, something to do with aluminium content. Refund? No problem!
How refreshing - a customer service that serves customers without passing them from pillar to post and jump through hoops at the same time! Top marks to this particular customer service.
