The journey to hope and recovery

...was the theme of the final session at the student mental well-being conference I attended in London today.

They both do incredible work as campaigners and activists now. It was inspiring and very moving to meet them today.

I then hopped on a train to Nottingham and met up with an old friend to see Ladybird at Broadway cinema. Fabulous film and good to catch up with Becky.
