Back in NYC. Back at The Hotel Wolcott - 4 West 31st Street. Amazing hotel (this is the lobby - see added photo), amazing location (2 blocks from the Empire State Building), amazing city. Here for the nth time with a group of my Pg Real Estate students. It will be a good week.
