Breakfast Time
You can see these little kiosks all over Nanchang between about 6.30am to 9.30am. A lot of people in China don't eat breakfast at home, instead they get something from their school/office/factory canteen or from one of these breakfast carts.
They mostly sell steamed buns, eggs and bags of milk (the milk's in the crate on the floor). Although I do quite like a lot of the local food in Nanchang I'm afraid Chinese breakfasts do nothing for me. Give me a bowl of cereal or porridge, a good old English fry up or a nice continental European-style breakfast any day of the week.
