A garden for the millennium - but which one!
I promised to attend the Oban Playpark garden planning meeting tonight, so I went down there to remind myself of what needs to be done. It was disappointing to see that a number of shrubs planted last autumn have been crushed under the feet of the roaming children, but I have a few ideas to keep the little buggers off the flower beds!
The garden was planted to commemorate the millennium although there's nothing to say so, with plants being donated from large gardens all around. One day it might turn out to be worthy of it! This picture was taken from the slide in the Big Kids' playpark on one side - the Wee Kids' playpark is on the other side and so the children rush from one side to the other!
