Mmm... Yummy Stuff

I made Curried Sweet Potato Lentil Stew in my brand new fancy pot! It was one of my most recent online purchases for a few new pots and pans. Now that I've cooked in higher quality cookware, I'm hooked! So that's what even heating is like. It's apparently not just a myth. Even on our VERY inconsistent stove I was able to prepare a lovely meal that truly cooked evenly and on a lower temperature too. We've started trying to eat healthy again. I guess we'll find out out how long it will last, but I love this recipe... sooo yummy.
