Father and Daughter in love

Had a lovely meal at the home of a friend from long ago...we had been out of touch for far too long and reunited after seeing each other at the memorial of a young man our sons were both good friends with. Shameful how the time flew by without connecting....but here tonight it was delightful to see her son, my son Martin's good childhood pal, looking so in love with his precious baby girl. It was an evening spent catching up, enjoying hearing from her kids and their families and their loved ones. An evening to remind me what is most important in life. Thanks K for the dinner invitation and for re sharing your beautiful family with us again.
