Gillam's, Ulverston

A trip to Ulverston for acupuncture.  Slow journey because of roadworks required me to double back and take the 'high road'. Nice scenery although it did involve very narrow lanes with few passing places and lots of cars shunting backwards and forwards.

Grey today and a bit damp.  Off to do some cross stitch 
now and catch up with 'Desert Island Discs'.

No 2 son has familiarisation flight to Nice today.  Hard life.
