Thought it would be a great idea to name our house, given that olde British tradition of various forebears. To say it was a resounding OMG NO from my family is a complete understatement. We have a big collection of lizards made from various media, and every house we have ever lived in has had a resident population in the yard/garden. This little fellow is from Oaxaca. I was outvoted. BUT! in my mind, our home is Casa de los Lagartos. And I don't care how tacky that sounds!
