This jar of semi crystallized locally made sorghum molasses is the ugliest thing I could find ( I refuse to take a selfie regardless of how appropriate it would be! )

This jar of black, thick, grainy, sticky tar-like liquid is deceptively ugly. Eat it on a hot buttered biscuit and it becomes the most beautiful thing in the world! Ok. Now I need a biscuit!
