shopping trip

We went shopping to SuperU this afternoon; I swear we spend waaaay too much money on food!!

We were getting the ingredients to make Southern Fried Chicken; it’s a 72-hour process, beginning with brining chicken thighs and drumsticks for 12 hours. Then you take them out of the brine and put them in buttermilk overnight! We’ll have them on Monday for lunch :)
