Playa de las Conchas

TJ has been to La Graciosa twice before in recent years and has become quite besotted with the place, just as I am now with La Palma. She thought a visit might be good for me, to allow me to find some peace within myself. That it has done. She introduced me to some of the special places she had discovered on her previous visits.

It was a day filled with short bouts of writing between bike rides as we explored the north side of the island. Although it was supposed to be a day of beaches and relaxation, we still found ourselves going to the top of one of the four volcanoes on the island, albeit the smallest one. I'm not quite sure how that happened.
