Mono Monday : Ugly

Mr. Beewatcher’s GP recently recommended that he should attend a pre-diabetic course, and one of the items that he’s embraced wholeheartedly is to walk more.
This afternoon we took a wander around our small local nature reserve. Nothing to see there apart from lots of mud and puddles, dormant trees and a bluetit.
Venturing a little further to the neighbourhood Co-op for some healthy ingredients, we walked under two lines of huge electricity pylons bestriding the green landscape.
What an eyesore they were, clanking and rattling in the wind. Ugly in the extreme.
Viewed one at a time though, I think their geometric shapes are rather beautiful.
