event of the day:  Mark came to service our alarm - always a pleasure to see him.
netflixing: Icarus  - a documentary about doping in the cycling world  - fascinating.
regret of the week:  that table still looks pretty much the same as it did last monday......

i decided to opt out of this week's theme - as i couldn't really think of anything ugly that i'd want to photograph.
