we walked up to meldrum house hotel with dave and karen for a pint and some chips - we’ve been meaning to do this on a saturday afternoon for ages. ended up staying slightly longer than planned...6 hours later we headed home, now with mike and morag, who joined us too. it was ace.

we all watched 27 hours with the kids who were shrieking at the bit where he cuts his arm off. then they had a quick tea towel fight with mike before bed...what a carry on.
