Crumpled

The innards of this pepper seemed to sum up how I'm feeling today...all crumpled and folded in on myself.  

I think I need some sunshine...

Mr A Snr has had a fall while in FPH, causing a deep cut to his ring finger (requiring stitches - almost a re-run of the Spam episode?) and possibly a fractured middle finger.  Oh dear.
