Snow Day 4

This morning the snow was still semi-hard and slippery in places. However, the sun came out of a blue sky and gradually it began to melt. But the greatest change was in the temperature! 
Here the shadows of the trees are clearly seen across the garden - and the extra shows the tracks of the blackbirds who have been running around on the snow feeding on my breadcrumbs and sunflower seeds.
The sun lasted until dark, but there are still patches of snow in the garden!
