Hill top

Had a hard cycle up the hill out the back of Schull to the top of the ridge, which was well worth it for this panoramic view of Long Island and Cape Clear Island and The Atlantic beyond. The water was multiple shades of divine turquoise and I watched it change constantly with light.
Early night with Downtown and pain killers (due to a sore neck and not my sad comfort Sunday night taste in TV).
