A day in bed

Feeling rubbish today. I spent most of it in bed with a sore throat, headache and generally under the weather.

Of course, I had brought it  on myself. Last week I stupidly said to my son that I was delighted that I hadn't had any cold all winter despite working in a school where children cough and sneeze on you all the time. 
I won't ever say that again!
