Snow Day!

I really felt the fun of the day off today as we walked through to the shops with Ona and Bailey and lots of kids and parents were out playing. We ended up with a lot to carry back as the new Lidl was quite tempting. Didn’t do my diet any favours as a result either! Coffee to guard against the cold on the way back and this snowman captured the mood well.
We relaxed and watched a film together - Manchester by the Sea - beautifully photographed and desperately sad. A treat. I then cooked Tom K’s chicken biriani for supper - perfect comfort food.
