Smartie pants

The theme this week is an artistic interpretation of Candy.  I prefer savoury and salty to sweet, but I bought some Smarties then thought of Smarty Pants - and this is what I came up with,  and a slight change in spelling seemed appropriate.  Not entirely satisfied with it but ran out of time!  I'm sure we all know one or two Smarty Pants.  
Bell bottoms are back in fashion.
