The Daleks........

are marching!........off the Promenade!

About 20years ago, the “new” Promenade was constructed along Albir sea front.....and one of the most distinctive features, was the low level pyramid lights....which were nick named...The Daleks!

Time, and weather, have impacted on these little street lights......and some became ineffective!....
no spare parts could be found......so effectively......
they fell into disuse.....and the lights were removed...
....leaving them as truncated pyramids.

We have now arrived at the stage where The Daleks are being completely removed.....hence
The Daleks are marching off the Promenade!
