Gillipaw’s Park

Many of you will know that Gillipaw passed away almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve known of Gillipaw and her family for over 30 years but it was through Blip and other social media that I really got to know her. She was a special lady and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
I attended her service of thanksgiving today. What an uplifting experience. She would have been so proud of her much loved family. Blip was a feature of the service with Barrioboy's tribute being read out during one of the family tributes.
This is a picture of the park next to her church. Many of her blips were taken here. It seemed fitting to take this picture before the service started.
