Losing my grip

I’m getting more and more annoyed with my local gym, part run by the council. The staff have been reduced and have little interest, probably because they are understaffed and stressed, no led mini-sessions, no challenges as they did before- and now they have fitted a set of great looking climbing walls that I was looking forward to using, enabling me to rekindle my climbing days of long ago. I turned up with my full- membership card and they said that entitled me to a discounted price of £14.99 per hour! That rules that out!
