Harebrained ideas

Sis and I headed into town today (all roads are clear now). Sis was on the look out for some shoes (her sketchers are not waterproof!) and I was just browsing. We met up with a pal for what turned out to be a 2 hour cup of coffee and then we headed to M&S for a fancy (another word for expensive!) tea.
The grey day did not lend itself to photography so instead I took a picture of this wee chap. He’s on a card from my friend in NZ. They get hates on their land and apparently are becoming much more brazen by coming closer to the house. I remember them from when I stayed there and so rather than discarding the card I am going to frame it and keep it.
