Tonbridge Lock

Thank goodness the snow is at last melting so I could drive down to town for a hair appointment. Very relieved because I had got up early incase I was forced to trudge down on foot.  A hive of activity up at the lock. This guy and his wife, dragged their canoes round the lock, paddled up to the bridge where they moored up, got out their shopping bags and set off into town. Perhaps they are snowed in and could not get into town by car.
