Almost a mono!

It's been that kind of a day when the sky was almost the same colour as the snow. 
To look its best snow needs a blue sky and some sunshine to give an added sparkle .... not today though.

Very cold with areas of ice on the various ponds I saw this morning. The main roads are clear but many side roads have yet to be visited by any form of snow clearing machine. One of the problems is the cars that are parked at the kerbside making it impossible to properly clear the road.
