Just started to read this book about the way our food is manipulated. Unfortunatly this one is not aviable in english but I guess there is some revealing books out there too.

This is absolutly horrifying. aroma, flavor, texture, sweetness, color almost everything is fake. smoked ham, which has never been close to any smoke and much much more.

Something has to be done...by me...and you.
