Bleak

A bleak day of icy road conditions and more snow flurries caused chaos in Kent this morning. Kent Police reported 160 accidents via Twitter this morning. Villagers and friends told me the roads were like driving on an ice rink. Thankful I didn’t have to brave it.

Took a stroll up the churchyard and to the field where fresh snow makes for easy walking. The village cafe was heaving when I popped in at the end of the day.

A latte was my treat after a frustrating day trying to get on at my desk and not succeeding as clients and suppliers were either working at half mast or unreachable. The weather has caused chaos for business. Hoping next week will be more productive.
