we ate. it was yum. and so cheap!

on the way home, i got in between the wall and my pedal and ended up with a VERY BIG bruise and a sore leg...i dont know how i do it!!!

we made nshima and it was scrummie too....i love it...but my mealie meal bag is quickly reducing in size!!

ohh and flat banter was ace today.
