Not nice!

It was school as usual this morning for the children attending the school near us. Yesterday it was closed.

But today it was freezing rain they had to contend with. Horrible! This later turned to more snow and we have a fresh covering. Nothing compared to other parts of the country but enough to turn us into couch potatoes and do very little really!

The pavements were treacherous when I went to my gym first thing. I nearly took a tumble on several occasions....not cool The St. Christopher's shop in the high street has a wonderful display of Corgi vehicles, all boxed and obviously once a much loved collection. It was great to see!

My nephew in Dunbar reports that all is going well. Just that Miriam, aged 3, says she doesn't really want to be a big sister. It's early days....
