Blue Tit in flight.

A somewhat stressful day.  We should have been up bright and early and off down to Staffordshire.  No such luck.  Katkatkat hasn't been able to escape from Edinburgh despite the fact a snow plough has been down the line the trains aren't running,  Sainsbury's had decided our village was "inaccessible" vdespite the blacktop being clear all the way.  So the morning was taken up shopping for things which should have been delivered yesterday.

By afternoon the forecast for the Stafford area was bad so we decided not to set off.  By the time it was too late to set off the forecast was changed to being not too bad!

The day seems to have been one long round of checking on trains and weather forecasts and liaising with Edinburgh.  We did have a period of light relief playing with the mates "trail camera".  And I stayed by the phone while the shopping was being done which gave me chance to take some blips.
