So that's 4 years on blip.
1460 photos of places such as Venice, Chelmsford, Paris, La Gomera, Maldon, Egypt, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Southend, Cyprus, Minehead, Granada, Le Touquet, Bruges, Canterbury, Rome, Florence, Bregenz, St Gallen, Konstanz ...... and a whole lot more.
I've taken photos in streets, homes, churches, schools, galleries, museums and exhibitions and I’ve blipped birthdays, weddings, graduations and family celebrations and holidays. On those slow days I've filled in with photos of crafts.
But mostly, I’ve taken photos of people. Family, friends, colleagues, people at work and people in the street, older people, younger people, shy people and extroverts. I've enjoyed shouting out for those extraordinary ordinary people who inspire, go far beyond what's expected, shine and show just how incredibly fantastic we can be.
So where next? I'm still thinking through if 4 years is long enough, but there are always surprises round the corner. Perhaps it's just a matter of looking hard enough. So I guess it's not so much as looking at another 4 years and more a matter of looking at the next place, the next face, the next meeting and the next surprise.
And today's blip .... I’ve had enough of snow so here's one of the many great artefacts in Chelmsford Cathedral.
