After two serious snow days...

... when we were warned not to go out unless really necessary, people hit the streets again because the snow wasn't falling.

However, the biting wind made headgear almost compulsory if you wanted to keep warm. So it was another hat blip for me, with some splendid examples to pick from. Though some strange facial expressions seemed to match the strength of the wind.
