Veggies

In all truth not been feeling tip top for the last couple of weeks - bit of a viral thing & I always find February a tough month.
The beast from the east largely left the Granite City unscathed - we’ve had some snow but nothing out of the ordinary. It’s been tougher in the Shire where they have had more snow, whilst my son ( a GP in Edinburgh) walked to work yesterday and did his house calls on foot. My daughter ( also Edinburgh based) saw folk skiing on Princes Street.
So .... a very quiet day today and looking forward to a nice chicken dinner with some roasted veg.
