Winter aconite

Today's the day .......................... to miss out

Tessa was going to come and spend this weekend with us.  We had arranged to meet her and her Mum at Gretna where she would swap cars and come home with us.  We were looking forward to it very much.

But even although this is probably one of the better areas of the UK to be travelling in, it still would have been tricky - and quite frankly, not worth the risk - especially with a precious little bundle on board.  So the weekend has been postponed until things have improved.

Ah well - such is life.  And it will be all the better when it does happen .....................
