N Z - Day 20, It’s a hard life

Today we drove to the Southernmost tip of South Island to look for sea lions. We only found the one who spent most of the time asleep on the beach. This was one brief alert second when it lifted it’s head. All of a sudden, there were many seabirds circulating, we assumed they were catching fish, second extra and the first extra is a view from our picture window.
