Long Day

It has been a long day. I have been really worried about my mum.

I left work at 2 pm and took the boys for a walk and after that I waited and waited and waited... for news from the hospital.

At 5 pm my dad sent a text that all went ok and my mum was back in the ward. I went to see her and she looked as ok as you can expect her to be after hip replacement surgery.

We are all really tired now - I didn't sleep much last night.
