Gull
I have a number of not-very-exciting photos to chose from today. Tourist Bath. I like this one because it captured something unintentional; a gull finding a morsel of food in what must have been freezing water.
I spent most of the day walking around Bath, and then later Bristol. It was a cold that is rarely experienced in this country, but dry until the later hours in Bristol, by which point some snow flakes were appearing inside Temple Meads station. The journey back to Leeds with my window seat was enjoyable (and surprisingly not delayed). The moon was almost constantly present in the top left of the window, becoming higher and smaller as the journey went on, occasionally disappearing in a tunnel. Snow coverage increased heading north, and by Yorkshire it gave the whole land a subtle glow under the street or moonlight.
