Jesse

The very impressive 15th century Jesse tree carving (so, probably not a chainsaw one then...) in the priory church in Abergavenny.  (More info here).

We're on our way back before the weather turns rather more aggressive. As it happens the only problem on the roads was the appallingly late signage of the A40 turn at Raglan. Unable to get into lane 1 in time because of lorries, we have an unwanted excursion down the A449.
