Lots of snow

It was pretty deep this morning and it's now compacted down where we have walked and is very slippy. The dogs loved it though, Molly was prancing about and barking when I took her for a walk this morning. We were glad we went and did out grocery shop yesterday afternoon we haven't had to turn out today except for walking the dogs.

The birds were waiting this morning for the food, they were down before Paula finished putting it out.

 My son came this afternoon with the girls, they had been sledging but it got too cold, they brought my belated Birthday present and cards, I usually get presents in bits lol. anyhow a nice box of chocolates always goes down well and a new mug with Grandma on it.

Said son is going up to Keswick this weekend so lets hope things are not too bad on the roads for him.
