Spin

We braved the elements this morning and got to the gym in time for the spin class..................... only to find it was cancelled. Nothing to do with the bad weather but bad technology. The sound system had thrown a wobbly and wasn't producing any sound. You can't have a spin class without music!!

We retired to the nearest cafe for coffee. That's definitely the least sweaty spin class I've ever been to.
