Ratcatcher

I'm a few days behind in posting my Blips. I can't get to photographic workshops, or any sort of holiday, nowadays, but I booked myself on a Permajet event for the weekend, the Saturday being a visit to the Black Country Living Museum (barely a mile from home), and the Sunday being at Smethwick Photographic Society (less than 5 miles away) covering printing and colour management.

Saturday was a brilliant day in all respects. The very bright, low, sun made photography difficult (real 'soot and whitewash' conditions). A re-enactment group, The Ragged Victorians, were on hand to provide subject matter, and they were superb, and very helpful to us in posing and setting up photos. I'm not really a people photographer, so I'm afraid I didn't really take full advantage of the opportunities they provided. I've included 3 extras, but I took about 300 photos in total.
