Strandshag Bay

The beast from the East arrived with vengence today - I was meant to be driving down to Hertfordshire, but cancelled yesterday. Even getting out of the drive was really difficult - even in the Defender. We managed a short walk round Strandshag bay and the landing stages. When we drove home, we found the neighbours car across the drive and in the hedge, then a couple of guys who came to assist in a transit managed to almost get stuck across our drive as well. Why do people insist on trying to use brakes on the ice!?
