Not going to plan

1. James aborted his mission to get to work after 20 mins on the A1.
2. Mum and dad could not get here to look after poorly Alexander.
3. Phoebe’s School wasn’t closed
4. I was sick! Like totally sick all day till about 3pm.
5. Phoebe’s dance show (that she had been rehearsing so hard for) was cancelled.

Luckily Phoebe was allowed home at 1:30 and having James at home meant I could just sleep and rest. I perked up a bit this afternoon and managed to eat some toast. The kiddies enjoyed a play in the snow and Alexander declared “ITS SO FREEZING!”

I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
