Alvor

As Storm Emma approached the UK we decided to tackle it head on and go to Portugal.

We arrived mid-morning and the weather hasn’t been quite as bad as expected although we have had heavy showers. It is also much warmer than in the UK

We are staying in Alvor for a week and had a look around the town before a short walk along the estuary.

Looks like there could be stormy weather overnight but it should clear up in the early morning.
