On the rocks.

I saw this excavator at Porthcawl seafront today. I got chatting to one of the workmen , and asked him what they were doing. He informed me that they are constructing an access point to the beach for emergency vehicles, as there are none at present. They have to work with the tide, so their hours of work are limited. Don't be fooled by the blue sky, it was absolutely freezing.
