Waiting

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a new mattress, top of the range, pocket sprung, built in topper, anti roll, all the whistles and bells but it’s still not arrived.

We are also waiting for “The Beast From The East”, an arctic blast due in which will reduce the south of England to a Siberian climate! The problem with snow and ice here in the south west is that induces a sort of paralysis - not only do vehicles struggle to work but it affects the legs so you cannot walk in either!

I’m waiting to see if a speeding ticket materialises from Leeds last week - so far so good.

Lastly I’m waiting for confirmation of our hotel booking for next Thursday, two rooms.
