A photocall for Citizens Advice Scotland as staff met Scottish Secretary Michael Moore MP at the Scotland Office building in Edinburgh's West End today to launch the Big Energy Savings Week. The campaign involves the UK government, the CAB service, a host of charities, consumer groups and the 'big six' energy companies. It says it can help Scots cut fuel bills by up to £650 a year.
