Roundabouts

Another grey day here, but at least we're a lot warmer than the rest of the family back in the UK! And by all accounts Spain is probably one of the warmest places to be in Europe at present.

A bit drizzly again so no walk apart from a quick shop around town.

When I lived in Bahrain I was fascinated by the different centrepieces on roundabouts across the island, well we have a few interesting ones here as well, although this is probably one of the more mundane ones, but it was raining at the time! I call this one "the mosaic roundabout" as it has a ceramic mosaic around its base. On the other corner of this roundabout (just out of shot) is a favourite lunching spot of ours on sunny days.

There are many mosaics in Sabinillas and the surrounding villages, so I will have to blip them as well as some of the more interesting roundabouts next time.
